Products Description
The production methods of potassium silicate mainly include furnace method and pressure method. The furnace method is to mix quartz sand and potassium carbonate and then melt, cool, filter and evaporate to produce the finished product. The pressure method is to put potassium hydroxide and quartz sand into a pressure autoclave, react with pressurized steam, filter to remove impurities, adjust the modulus, and obtain the product.
