Allulose is a white powder that is easily soluble in water. It exists in natural foods such as fruits, raisins, figs and kiwis. Allulose is a new sweetener and a hexose with a very low content in nature. Allulose is similar to ordinary sucrose in physical properties, such as volume, taste, browning ability and freezing point. Its sweetness is 70% of sucrose, it has a cooling feeling, no bitterness, and low calories.

Low calorie: The calorie content of allulose is much lower than that of sucrose, about one-tenth of that of sucrose, and the calorie content of a small amount is approximately 0.
Taste close to sucrose: The sweetness of allulose is 70% of that of sucrose, which is very similar to high-purity sucrose.
