Application
Lead stearate functions as a heat stabilizer and lubricant for PVC, suitable for various opaque rigid/flexible PVC products (pipes, sheets, films, artificial leather, etc.), particularly effective in wire and cable materials to enhance electrical performance.
It exhibits synergistic effects when combined with cadmium soap, barium soap or organotin compounds.
Additional applications include: paint drier/flatting agent and grease thickener.
