Application
Erythorbic Acid is widely used for its antioxidant properties in meat products, fish products, fish and shellfish pickled products, and frozen products. For meat products, the addition amount of ascorbyl palmitate is 0.5 - 0.89/kg; for beverages such as fruit juices, the usage amount is 0.01% - 0.025%. Erythorbic Acid has gradually been used for antioxidant purposes in canned fruits and vegetables, as well as in cream and cheese.
