Polyaluminum chloride is a new water purification material, inorganic polymer coagulant. When using PAC, many users do not have a good grasp of the dosage, which leads to the failure to achieve the effect of sewage treatment. So how can we properly add polyaluminum chloride to sewage treatment? Now we will teach you if you don't use too much, and you can achieve the best sewage treatment effect.
The specific method is divided into the following four points:
1. According to the different conditions of the raw water, do a small test to get the best dose before use. For the convenience of calculation, the configuration of the small test solution is based on the weight-to-volume ratio (W/V), generally 2~5% is better. For 3% solution: Weigh PAC3g, put it into a washed 200ml measuring cylinder, add about 50ml of clean water, after dissolving, add water to dilute to the 100ml mark, and shake it well.
2. The production is based on solid: clean water = 1:5, first mix and dissolve, and then add water to dilute to a 2~3% (W/V) solution. Less than 1% of the solution is easy to hydrolyze, which will reduce the use effect, and too high a concentration may cause waste.
3. Add the medicine according to the best dosage obtained. Pay attention to observation and adjustment during operation. If there are few alum blooms (flocs) in the sedimentation tank and large residual turbidity, then the dosage is too small; if the precipitation alum blooms are large and upturned, and the residual turbidity is high, the dosage is too high. It should be adjusted appropriately.
4. Dosing facilities should be antiseptic. This product is suitable for all water treatment facilities.
