Products Description
Phenolic resin (PF) is a thermosetting polymer material produced by the condensation reaction of phenolic compounds (such as phenol) and aldehyde compounds (such as formaldehyde). Its core features include:
High temperature resistance: After curing, it can be used for a long time at 180 ℃. Its performance is stable at 200 ℃, and it gradually carbonizes over 300 ℃ with a high residual carbon rate (forming an insulation carbonization layer at high temperatures).
Chemical stability: resistant to water, weak acids, weak bases, resistant to oil corrosion, soluble in organic solvents such as acetone and ethanol.
Mechanics and processability: After curing, it has high hardness and strong rigidity, and is easy to composite with fillers such as glass fiber and asbestos. Various products are made through processes such as molding and injection molding.
Safety: It produces less smoke and has low toxicity during combustion, meeting the requirements of flame retardancy and environmental protection.

Ordinary grinding tools：
Grinding wheel: used for metal cutting, welding groove grinding (such as stainless steel and cast iron processing), common specifications include Φ 100- Φ 400mm.
Grinding stone and oilstone: used for manual fine polishing (such as tool edges, mold surfaces), resin type oilstone is less prone to clogging than ceramic type.
Special grinding tools：
High speed grinding wheel: Used for high-speed grinding of grinding machines with spindle speeds greater than 60m/s, the high rigidity of phenolic resin ensures high-speed rotation stability.
Ultra thin cutting sheet: For cutting sheets with a thickness of less than 1mm (such as electronic component cutting), the resin should have both high adhesive strength and low shrinkage rate to avoid cracking during cutting.
Heavy duty grinding wheel: used for heavy machinery processing (such as roll grinding), to enhance the wear resistance of resin by adding wear-resistant fillers (such as graphite, molybdenum disulfide).
